Advantages and working sequence of shot blasting machine for inner and outer walls of steel pipe

The equipment mainly rotates the surface and inner cavity of the steel pipe to remove sticky sand, rust layer, welding slag, scale and sundries. Make the surface of the steel pipe smooth and improve the paint film adhesion of the workpiece, improve the fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance of the steel pipe, and prolong its service life.


The working sequence of the equipment is feeding bracket→feeding by feeding mechanism→entering the shot blasting chamber→shot blasting treatment (the workpiece rotates while advancing)→projectile storage→flow control→shot blasting treatment of the workpiece→vertical lifting of the bucket elevator→ Separation of shot slag → (recirculation) → sending out of the shot blasting chamber → unloading of the unloading mechanism → unloading bracket. Because of the curved blades used in the shot blasting machine, the inflow performance of the projectiles is improved, the projecting power is increased, the projectile workpiece is reasonably compact and has no dead angle, and the maintenance is more convenient.


Advantage:

1. The centrifugal cantilever type multi-functional shot blasting machine is adopted, which has large shot blasting volume, high efficiency, rapid replacement of blades, the performance of overall replacement, and convenient maintenance.


2. The workpiece passes through the inlet and outlet of the shot blasting machine continuously. To clean the steel pipes with different pipe diameters, in order to prevent the projectiles from flying out, the machine adopts multi-layer replaceable sealing brushes to realize the sealing of the projectiles.


3. The full-curtain type BE shot and slag separator is adopted, which greatly improves the separation amount, separation efficiency and shot blasting quality, and reduces the wear on the shot blasting machine.
